The older crowd usually goes straight for the jewelry. A very expensive way to show their love. If you ask me it is a just a way to turn another day into a money maker for companies. Not that I am condoning jewelry I just think that some people do not think about what Valentines day is meant for. It is a day to show your partner that you love them. I only celebrate it in that way in my family. We get each other very small inexpensive presents to make it feel more special. If you ask me valentines gifts should be made to make the other feel special.
