The Key Ingredient to a Great Weekend
We are so looking forward to getting away this weekend for a couples retreat. My mom is generously coming to watch the kids and the dogs. Both mom and the kids are looking forward to that…it’s a treat for them too! We’ve booked a luxury room, in one of the most wonderful hotels in the mountains. Along with the spa and hot tub, a priority was for the hotel to have a Belgian waffle maker. Oh, how I love them! I can’t wait to wake up on Saturday morning and go down to breakfast for a newly baked waffle topped with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar! It just might be the best part of the whole trip!
