I knew when I was making my travel plans that I would have a substantial layover in Johannesburg so I made my plans for an accomodation in johannesburg well ahead of time for my business trip.  I enjoy staying over there before I have to head to Duban.  Johannesburg is really beautiful at night and is quite a large city.  There my not be as much to do there as there is in Duban but it is certainly a nice layover.  I take that time to relax and prepare for business.  Duban is a lot of fun and I enjoy meeting with my clients there once a month.

I’m getting really excited. There are only three more weeks before I start my gap year. I’ll be traveling around the world for 15 months and I plan to visit 5 continents. It is going to be great. I am going to meet so many people and see so many different things.

I don’t think it will be so hard to meet people. The author of the site says there are a lot of solo travelers on the road and everyone is really friendly. Three more weeks and I’ll be able to know for sure.  Every day goes slower than the last as I want for my travels to begin.
