If you have ever listened to other people cry over a breakup, then you will know that even though they move on there is still the desire to get back together with the ex. After hearing enough, you will understand why certain questions should be asked before deciding whether or not you want an ex back.
The first question is what caused the relationship to end in the first place. A “don’t know” is common, but if you analyze things the answer should be quite clear. The main problems include cheating, living far away from each other, attitudes and character flaws. Of course, if the partner ended the relationship because they wanted to be with another person, then you have to let it go. Some just are not loyal or looking for a serious relationship and so once they get bored they move on. There is nothing that can change someone like that.
Also ask if you actually want your ex back. If you are not sure or really don’t care, then it is time to move on. If there are faults or other characteristics that you are blamed with or the partner has, then be realistic if you even want to live with that or if you are like that.
If the problem was lack of communication, then there should be no problem. This can always be worked upon if you both really want it. Just ask yourself why you were not communicating and if that is determined then you can give the relationship another try.
