My uncle and I have been buying property together for the past five years.  We were buying the properties and holding on to them for the equity to build up and the values to grow. This year we have adopted  a new strategy. We are going to start to flip houses as a way to make bigger gains in real estate. People have been doing this for years;however it had become a more popular way for many people to invest in real estate. Even though we are going in this investment direction, we are still going to keep a few of our better properties.
